GoLetsHome listing rules
What you can and can't publish on GoLetsHome, how moderation works and how to report a listing.
1. Sales only
GoLetsHome has no rentals.
2. One property, one listing
The property is really for sale, and you own it or are authorised to sell it.
3. Accurate details
The price is the full sale price. Area, rooms, floor and condition are as they really are.
4. Your own photos
Photos of this property — taken by you or ones you have the right to use.
5. The real spot on the map
Where the property is, not the next neighbourhood.
6. Not allowed
- Asking for an advance payment or deposit before a viewing.
- Bait listings: the property doesn't exist or the price isn't real.
- Illegal, offensive or discriminatory content.
- Other people's personal data.
7. Sold? Mark it as sold
The listing will disappear from the website.
Moderation
We review reports and may remove a listing or suspend an account. You can appeal a decision in the app.
You can report without signing in — with the “Report listing” button on its page or by email to contact@goletshome.app.
For buyers
Don't pay in advance. See the property in person and check the documents before the deal. Talk in the app's chat.
